Advanced Registration is not required, but it is strongly encouraged for quick pick-up of registration materials and for your own convenience. Registration will be accepted on-line and by fax. The registration form is available at the end of this page. The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, a single ticket to the Wednesday evening banquet, all refreshment breaks, and a copy of the Book of Abstracts.

If you are an IEEE member, IEEE member number is required to receive the member rate. All member numbers will be verified. You will be responsible for any rate discrepancies.

The Post Conference Tour will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration of the Post Conference Tour may be made directly through this page (click the "On-line Form" button below) or you can fax the “ Conference registration form ” (downloaded by clicking the "Fax Form(PDF)" button below) to the ICS Convention Design, Inc. Kyushu Office (Fax: +81 92-751-3250) prior to April 17, 2007. The post conference tour may be canceled if the number of participants does not reach a pre-determined minimum number of participants , in which case, the paid fee(s) will be fully refunded. |

Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail or by fax.
Please bring the confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Conference.
The deadline for Early Registration is April 17, 2007 . After April 17, 2007 , Registration will be processed only at the Late-Registration rates. The deadline of Advance Registration by on-line and fax is on May 8, 2007 . As of May 9, 2007 , you must pay at onsite. Therefore, you are urged to register early to ensure participation in all aspects of IVEC 2007.
Advanced registration for IVEC 2007 is now closed.
Participants are requested to register at the registration desk on the day of the Conference.
